It’s all part of the great adventure.
I started Viva La Venice in the middle of a storm. The LA fires were burning, Topanga roads were closing (easiest route to family), and ash was falling from the sky here in Venice.
It was the kind of surreal moment that makes you pause and ask: What am I doing to protect what I love?
It started with me, I suppose. After five years of remote work—often in isolation—this project became more than a website. It became a lifeline.
Viva La Venice is a place to hold all the sexy grit, weirdness, and warmth that makes Venice, Venice.
Born and Raised in Ocean Beach, CA.
